This patient presented with excess of the upper eyelid skin. She also had low-positioned bows, however she refused brow lift. The patient underwent upper lid lift (blepharoplasty) which improved upper lid skin redundancy. Notice that there still is some skin excess of the upper lid skin post-operatively, which is mainly due to brow ptosis (low brows) that was not corrected.
