This patient with history of prior septal surgery presented with gradually worsening shape of the nose and nasal obstruction. She underwent revision septorhinoplasty, where the rib cartilage graft was used to improve the shape and support of the nose and straighten persistently deviated nasal septum. Postoperative photos show much improved dorsal line, tip support and definition in a natural, “non-operated” fashion. And, most importantly, the patient is breathing much better now!
