Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Wednesday & Thursday 9:00 A.M. -7:00 P.M.
Saturdays: 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.

Payments are due at the time of service. Our office accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover, as well as cash and Care Credit.
